Dawn Pork and Bacon operate a pig slaughter, cutting & curing facility producing a range of fresh and frozen pork and bacon products.

The Environmental Management System is based on the principles of the environmental management standard, ISO 14001and the Bord Bia Origin Green Programme.
All environmental commitments and requirements have been integrated into the Environmental Management System, allowing continual environmental sustainability improvement in a controlled and organised manner.
